Positions: Postdoctoral Researcher & Associate Researcher

Introduction to the Supervisor:

Dr. Xiao Yuan is an Assistant Professor at the Center on Frontiers of Computing Studies (CFCS), Peking University, and holds a dual appointment as a Researcher at the Hefei National Laboratory. His research focuses on quantum computing algorithms, applications, and experimental implementations. His interdisciplinary team includes researchers specialized in physics, chemistry, computer science, and mathematics, working on theoretical studies in quantum computing algorithms, quantum computational chemistry applications, quantum machine learning, and related areas. The group maintains close collaboration with the superconducting quantum computing experimental team at the Hefei National Laboratory.

Requirements

(For Postdoctoral Researchers) Full-time doctoral graduates who obtained their degree within the last three years, or current doctoral candidates who have met the requirements for dissertation defense (degree must be obtained before entry). Applicants must be under 35 years of age (exclusive) and commit to full-time postdoctoral research.

Possess a Ph.D. in Physics or Chemistry, with a background in one of the following areas: quantum computing, computational chemistry, or computational physics.

Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and some organizational and management abilities. Aspire to engage in innovative scientific research in related fields and demonstrate independent research capability.

Have published high-quality papers in related fields such as quantum computing or computational chemistry.

(For Associate Researchers) Possess experience in applying for research grants.

Remuneration and Benefits

导师介绍:袁骁博士是北京大学前沿计算中心助理教授,合肥国家实验室双聘研究员,研究领域包括量子计算算法、应用和实验实现等,团队包含了在物理,化学,计算机,以及数学等方面有专长的科研人员,从事量子计算算法、量子计算化学应用、量子机器学习等方面的理论研究,同时与合肥国家实验室超导量子计算实验团队保持紧密合作。

申请条件

具有良好的思想政治素质和职业道德,遵守实验室各项规章制度,科学态度严谨,爱岗敬业,身体健康。

在量子计算、量子纠错、计算物理学(张量网络和神经网络)、计算化学等方向具有扎实的理论和实验研究基础,在理论研究与算法的实验实现较大发展潜力。

年龄要求:(针对初级研究员)年龄一般不超过40周岁(1985年11月1日以后出生),已取得博士学位;(针对博士后)年龄一般不超过35周岁(1990年11月1日以后出生),且应于过去3年内获得博士学位(2022年11月1日以后获得)。应届毕业生应已取得博士毕业论文答辩资格。

薪酬福利和服务保障

博士后(年薪 25-40 万元),初级研究员(年薪 30-45 万元);每年有机会申报合肥国家实验室“优秀青年人才主任津贴”项目,入选后在资助期内将按照入选薪酬给予支持。

租房补贴:博士后研究员每年2万元,初级研究员每年2.5万元,由实验室额外承担。

住房待遇:根据合肥国家实验室规定,享受合肥国家实验室人才公寓(“拎包入住”周转房)。

适龄子女可进入拥有安徽省顶尖教育质量的中国科学技术大学附属幼儿园、附小、附中就读。
